Europe is turning on the fact that the Bank of England decided to hold their rates stable for the time being. I don't know why everything else is turning.
NASDAQ pre-market looked interesting - way up at the open and then a pull-back and now it is climbing again - can't keep a good market down. The jobless claims went up by 11K and that is just noise at this time of year. The FOREX market yawned and carried on.
It will probably be a low volume day - a little up in the morning but then a slow sideways decline through the noon hour and into the close.
