Every evening after the market closes I screen cap or otherwise take a copy of the day's chart of every trade I took on both a 15 and 4 minute basis. The next morning I review them and the really good charts (for good trades and bad) I print, annotate, and put in a book.
I review this constantly and it keeps me in tune with the market. Try it - I think your trading will improve as a result.
